Orlando Brewing Darkstar is refreshing straight from the brewery, but not overly complex or special. Not much aroma. Pours nice and and dark with a tan head that retains as you drink it. Taste is light coffee flavor with a some simple hop character and a touch of bitterness in the end. Finishes clean on the palate. Darkstar is a decent example of a black IPA with a fresh serve.
