It is a little over the top mouth feel wise. Its really thick, almost sweet and syrupy. The hop flavor and aroma is great though. Great beer but drinking more than one is quiet a challenge. Palidor19 (3188) - Brandon, Florida, USA - DEC 3, 2008

GABF 2008. Dark amber gold, juniper and citrus aroma. Heavily malted, heavy mouthfeel, balanced by a decent hop load. Sticky syrupy mouthfeel. BeerVirgin72 (880) - Pickerington, Ohio, USA - JUN 16, 2008
On tap at brewery. Aroma of hops hops hops. Flavor was like chewing on a pine branch. Very over powering spicy hop flavor. Very bitter. afterglow (1047) - Florida, USA - MAR 10, 2008
Tap. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a one finger lasting white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is loaded with citrus and pine hops with a wonderfull sweet malt backbone. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium full mouthfeel with a strong but well balanced amount of bitterness and very well hidden alcohol. Damn good.

Draft at Florida Brewers Guild Beer Fest 2008. Full rating updated as soon as I am more coherent. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - FEB 17, 2008
Deep amber/orange pour with foamy white head. Very much a nasal hopparama. Laced with a good malty sweetness. Very hoppy and sweetish caramelly malt with good warmth that pushes the edge. Carbonation and mouthfeel are solid. Best beer so far good citrus hops very good carbonation and mouthfeel. Proof that these guys can make very good beer. On tap at the brewery. Pours a translucent amber with golden notes and a medium creamy/lacing off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, some pine, citrus, caramel and toffee. Flavor of toasted grains, toffee, caramel, grapefruit, other citrus, some pine and moderate hop bitterness. Tmoney99 (14455) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 14, 2008
Draft sample at the brewpub. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus aroma. Medium to full body. Medium to heavy bitter flavor with a medium to heavy bitter finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where met with a solid brew and a standout for Orlando. Beerlando (3342) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JAN 22, 2008
Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear, reddish brown body. A small, foamy, off-white head settles quickly to a thin film, leaving behind scattered, sudsy lacing. The aroma is sweet, showing big caramel malts and buttery toffee, followed by grassy and citrus hops with some grainy notes. The flavor follows suit, with orange and grassy hops coming through a bit stronger than the nose showed. There is a good dose of floral hop character as well, completing the hoppy counterpoint to the big caramel malts. Medium-full bodied and smooth, finishing slightly cloying from all the sweetness. Overall, not a half bad brew. Definitely one of the best offerings from this brewery, though certainly lackluster for a IIPA.
