Orlando, Fl - Whole Foods - 12 oz bottle. Pours a medium golden with a crisp snow white head. Aroma has a hint of butterscotch - slightly phenolic. Flavor has some bready notes, some cereal like grainy notes and a hint of butterscotch. Mouthfeel is crisp and thick enough. kramer (6991) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 26, 2009
12 oz bottle, gifted by redlight, thanks man! Pours a clear gold body with a small wispy off-white head that fell to a thin film. The nose is slightly buttery with just a light hoppiness and a bit of bready malt. The flavor reveals just too much diacetyl to be enjoyable. The very light bitterness level adds to the lack of crispness as well. It’s just thin and flabby with a bit of grassy hops. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with fizzy soft carbonation. Overall, not especially pleasant to drink, thankfully I shared this bottle. decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - FEB 16, 2008
At OB. Gold with hints of red. Nose of hops and malt. A hoppy malty beer that is semi sweet. Solid palate and good carbonation. Very soldi beer with a very good hop profile that leads to a very good bitter finish. jbruner (5470) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - MAY 29, 2012
Pours a pale golden yellow on tap with little white head, but good lacing. Aroma is of light grainy notes and a bit of yeast. Taste is light, german notes, but very grainy, almost like bread. Dry finish with light mouth feel. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 15, 2009
Sample at brewery taproom. Warm golden, hardly any head in the taster glass. Fruity aroma. Hops not detectable but diacetyl is, unfortunately. Flavors are nice, a good crisp herbal hop finish lingers on the back of the tongue like fresh greens or herbs leave. Nicely hopped but needs an aroma boost.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a translucent golden with a large fog white head that laced. Aroma of mixed citrus, cereal grains, lots of nice floral/spicy hop notes and very fruity. Flavor of hops, cereal grains, good bit of hop bitterness, some grapefruity character. A nice hoppy pilsner. unclemattie (4406) - Georgia, USA - MAY 5, 2009
Tap @ Orlando Brewing. Golden color, thin head. Light aroma of malt. Sharp hop flavor. Clean malt. Sharp bitter finish. Nice citrus hop. Light bodied. 30nov08. nick76 (4403) - Tampa, Florida, USA - DEC 6, 2008
The appearance is pale gold with an average head. The aroma is has a big hop element and is somewhat malty. The taste is like the aroma with the hops hitting you first then the sweet malt yet the finish is dry. The palate is better than most for the style being smooth and full. I was really impressed with this one. I really liked it because it is actually what I want out of the style more than it is an exact replication of the ideal for for this style. Its more robust than most and it has a strong hop character.
