Draft... Lightly-hazed yellow lager with a small, wispy, white head... diminishes to an ultra-small, creamy head. Excellent retention. The aroma is of citrus, white bread and toffee with an earthy undertone. Sweet, pilsner malt flavor is challenged by, but not equaled by, earthy Saaz hops. Medium-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Metallic bitterness lingers on the back of my palate for minutes, not seconds, after each sip. this tastes like a straight up European pils with a touch of hay and sharp malts. quite balanced on the hops hopdog (12673) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 8, 2010

Orlando, Fl - Whole Foods - 12 oz bottle. Pours a medium golden with a crisp snow white head. Aroma has a hint of butterscotch - slightly phenolic. Pours a pale golden yellow on tap with little white head, but good lacing. Aroma is of light grainy notes and a bit of yeast. Taste is light, german notes, but very grainy, almost like bread. Dry finish with light mouth feel. Quake1028 (638) - Tampa, Florida, USA - NOV 11, 2007
First rating for this beer!
kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 26, 2009
Sampled at the taproom. I think this is a new beer, nothing in the database is close enough. Golden pour with a small, fizzy white head. Nose of wheat, grains, citrus hops and some medicinal notes. Flavor is pretty much the same, with the medicinal component more pronounced. Light bodied, sweet on the tongue. Finish is very brief, grains and some hops, then watery.
12 oz bottle, gifted by redlight, thanks man! Pours a clear gold body with a small wispy off-white head that fell to a thin film. The nose is slightly buttery with just a light hoppiness and a bit of bready malt. The flavor reveals just too much diacetyl to be enjoyable. The very light bitterness level adds to the lack of crispness as well. It’s just thin and flabby with a bit of grassy hops. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with fizzy soft carbonation. Overall, not especially pleasant to drink, thankfully I shared this bottle. SanfordBrewer (1581) - Sanford, Florida, USA - NOV 19, 2010
Lucent straw, white head, light body, medium co2.
Aroma and taste: sweet pale malt, leafy hops, something funky (pidgeon roost).
Tasting with the owners, and that OBC standard weird flavor doen’t seem to bother them.
