Cloudy golden pour with moderate white foam with medium duration. Strong grassy wheat aroma. Light body and texture with slight fizz. The taste was also grassy with a little malt. Sour wheat finish. Surprising taste for a wheat beer. yespr (48968) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 21, 2015

Draft - Very buttery. Clear gold with a decent white head. Buttery sweet mess. A train wreck of not good, but I do like butter so not un drinkable.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow pour with a carbonated head. Very thin body. Mild orange on the nose and taste. Not great. beernovice39 (3269) - Idaho, USA - JAN 17, 2012
Draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy pale straw color with a tiny white head. Scent of wheat and light citrus. Tart citrus and wheat taste. After a few beers here Jason and I began to agree with beerlando’s assessment. Every beer so far has had a thin water feel. smith4498 (3700) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - DEC 24, 2011
Draft @ the brewery. Pours cloudy pale straw color with white head. Aromas of wheat and light citrus. Tart citrus and wheat flavors. Thin and watery. SanfordBrewer (1610) - Sanford, Florida, USA - APR 30, 2010
hazy straw, thick dense white head, med-body, high co2.
aroma: funky chicken coop, fruity.
T1= bright, yeasty, wheat, coop, co2.
T2= very chicken coop, touch of herbal hops, heather?
T3= dry, wheat tartness, coop funk residue.
backgroud wheat flavor is good, but the coop flavor does the funky chicken dance all over the aroma and flavor.
