COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An exceptionally smooth yet satisfying,non-bitter brown ale. The rich aroma & flavor complexity is credited from the blending of over 6 various malts. The imported British hops, minerally enhanced brewing water, and special strain of British yeasts lends itself to this legendary style of beer.

SpringsLicker (3665) - Tennessee, USA - FEB 20, 2017
Bottle from the brewery. Clear dark brown with a tall, creamy tan head. The aroma is light sweet nutty caramel. The flavor is simply some light sweetness briefly at the beginning, and a bit of hop bitterness briefly in the finish. Thin, lacking in depth of flavor and aroma.

Draft pour pint at Universal. Labeled as O-Town Brown. All else the same. Clear copper brown pour with a fading head. Soft malt and leather like aroma. Flavor is cool and mild. Toasty malt and a more watery finish. Good brown overall.

14 oz or so short shaker pint draft at Cowfish at Universal City Walk in Orlando, Florida. The pour is a brown golden with a smallish off white head. The aroma is nut along with some general apple sweet fruit. The taste is the nut and fruit malt notes from the nose, a bit unclean. The palate is light bodied with soft to low carbonation and fruit sweet finish.

appearance: cola brown, short fizzy tan head, no lacing. aroma: light nose, with caramel and a bit of toast. taste: slightly sweet, slightly toasty caramel, brown bread, hint of nuts and earth. finish: cardboard, slight lingering toast; prickly palate. notes: Pretty average brown. Not a bad beer, but nothing stuck out. Draught at Waves, Contemporary Resort, Disney, Orlando 2016.
