COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An All-American beer. American organic grown malts, zesty American grown hops and the American ale yeast clearly identify this beer as homegrown. Refreshingly hoppy, pale yet tan and complex maltiness epitomize what this pale ale has brought to the American beer culture. Crisp, clean, sassy and complex, American ale at it finest.

Dogbrick (14391) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 21, 2012
Bottle at Mallards in The Peabody. Pours a clear copper color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of pale malt and hops. Light body with a mildly bitter grassy hops character with some malt behind it. The finish is lightly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Just average overall.

Malty_MacHops (688) - Eastanollee, Georgia, USA - AUG 6, 2012
Nothing special. Pretty much standard PA nose, mild fruity hops with light biscuit malt. Not much caramel sweetness. The beer is a bland golden with a small white cap. The taste is the typical PA profile, but without any distinguishing characteristics. The beer is medium bodied and fairly clean.

Taken from old notes. No hop bite, a bit bitter and pale on the finish. Pretty unremarkable.

Pours light coloured body with lots of fading beige foam. Slightly cheesy aroma. Taste is grainy and mildly citrus hoppy. Good drinkability, though not great for the style. Thanks Mark for bringing back.Average mouthfeel.
