COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An All-American beer. American organic grown malts, zesty American grown hops and the American ale yeast clearly identify this beer as homegrown. Refreshingly hoppy, pale yet tan and complex maltiness epitomize what this pale ale has brought to the American beer culture. Crisp, clean, sassy and complex, American ale at it finest.

SHIG (5265) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - MAR 11, 2011
Bottle at Disney Garden Grill: Pour was orange but clear with a light thin white head. Aroma was light grain and hop. Taste was malt and grain, finished with a bit metallic hop.

jb (3479) - Rochester, New York, USA - MAR 11, 2011
On tap at a restarurant at Universal Florida. Really solid stuff. Standard APA goodness. Copper, darkish, good head + nice lacing pattern. Malty nose and a bit of hops, more of same in the palate, nice balance, rock solid.

Lubiere (14326) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 1, 2011
A nice amber ale with a thin lacing moka head. In aroma, smooth butterscotch, with faint esters and light hops. In mouth, a grainy underfermented ale, light and boring, rather insipid. On tap at Rocking Rabbit Brewing Co., Jan 7 2011.

3.4
DuffMan (10928) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 31, 2011
Bottle. Hazy orange amber, average white head. Equal parts caramel malt and citrusy hops, lighter mouthfeel. Quite a nice APA, if you don’t mind a liitle malt sharing the profile. This and the pilsener are OBC’s best offerings IMO.

bhiner41 (194) - Darien, Illinois, USA - DEC 7, 2010
Aroma is light hops and citrus. Crisp ale with hoppy aftertaste. Golden color with very little head. Great for a beer at lunch...while on vacation.

2.8
Braudog (6939) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - OCT 13, 2010
Draft. Standard looking brew with very little head. Drinks squarely down the middle -- bit maltier than you might want from a pale ale but drinkable to be sure (#4001, 10/13/2010)
