An All-American beer. American organic grown malts, zesty American grown hops and the American ale yeast clearly identify this beer as homegrown. Refreshingly hoppy, pale yet tan and complex maltiness epitomize what this pale ale has brought to the American beer culture. Crisp, clean, sassy and complex, American ale at it finest.

Golden-amber colour. Bright. Somewhat earthy aroma with a hint of woody hop. Slight citrus on the palate, bright but mellow. Light malts back it up.

Unfiltered
Bright golden-amber. The aroma is a little bigger here. It’s much chewier, richer, especially for the style. Good dry finish. 6-4-7-3-14 = 3.4

Tmoney99 (15228) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 6, 2008
Draft sample at brewhouse. Poured a clear amber color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hop aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Light to medium bitter flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of short duration. This beer just met my expectations.

2.9
Dogbrick (14391) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 21, 2012
Bottle at Mallards in The Peabody. Pours a clear copper color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of pale malt and hops. Light body with a mildly bitter grassy hops character with some malt behind it. The finish is lightly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Just average overall.

Lubiere (14352) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 1, 2011
A nice amber ale with a thin lacing moka head. In aroma, smooth butterscotch, with faint esters and light hops. In mouth, a grainy underfermented ale, light and boring, rather insipid. On tap at Rocking Rabbit Brewing Co., Jan 7 2011.
