COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pilsner 37 is Orlison Brewing Co.’s modern take on an Old World pilsner. This unique, perfectly balanced hybrid beer is brewed with dry roasted specialty malts to create a complex pilsner taste, while late-added citrusy hops round the flavor off in true Northwestern style. Orlison is proudly donating a portion of the sales from Pilsner 37 to Team Gleason, a charity dedicated to providing life-improving technology and services to those afflicted with ALS.

Clear golden with a tall white head. Slightly sweet toasted malt profile with some light noble hops. Medium bodied. Crisp finish. Solid.

Can:   Bright straw, lively carbonation, frothy white head, big, with nice lacing.   Bit of a grainy/bready nose.   A little chalky and grainy on the tongue.   Not very crisp at all.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Chalky finish, pale breadiness, but moreso a grainy background.   Not all that crisp or clean for a Pilsner.   Meh...

Draft pour pint at Special Brews, as part of the Orlison brewers night. Golden pour with a thick foam head. Aroma is a surprising amount like apple juice. As in exactly. Flavor is grainy up front, with a dry side finish. Maybe some apple flavor as well, but very light. Dnrinks easy. Alright beer

Pint can pours a clear golden with a large white head. Some what muted aroma, nice grain and honey, slight dry roasted malt, mild yeast and light hop. Sweet malt, with a light earthy ready, mild yeast, with bitter citrus hops. Pretty nice beer overall, decent pils.

At Toronado Seattle. Deeper golden, thin head. Aroma is heavy mossy continental hops and the palate takes this to another level, rich with that same damp hop character, thick pale malts and a smack of alcohol in the finish. An odd example.

On tap at the Spokane airport
Clear golden with a medium sized white head, lots of lacing. Aroma of pils malts, grainy and bisquity. Flavors of malts, grainy, herbal and bready
Nice. Crisp and clean

Blond color, sunny, with compact head. Crisp Pilsner with very nice citrusy hopping, dry, easy to drink.
Excellent.

Draught at SB as "Pils 37". Pours a clear golden color with a large white head on top of it. Nose has a lot of corn to it, with a bit of a citrus bite to it. Taste is a little sweet, and definitely light. Not at all crisp like I would have expected. Meh.

16-oz can. Thanks man! Pours a crystal clear pale gold. Skimpy white head. Slightly tart wheaty tang on the nose. Cremy medium body, almost still. Mild crackers and wet grass on the mid palate. Long dry finish.
