Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma of woody barrel, big vinous notes, light funk, peach, citrus and tart light fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is bready malt, citrus, lemon, lactic notes, with more than a little yoghurt, and some funk. Flavour is nicely sour. Body is about medium. Very nice!

A wild ale aged in wine barrels. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma of grapefruit and tangerines. Very tart and sour. Funky aftertaste with lots of tartness. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation.
