Draft @ Beer Temple - I think the blackboard said 7.5%? Hazy copper/red color. Off white head. Aroma’s: bourbon, soft sourness, wood/tannines. Retronasal it’s woody, sourish, light bourbon, vanilla. Flavor is light moderate sour with a hint of sweetness, woody. Medium bodied. Long finish.

Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Very hazy orange brown with a ring off white head. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, tart overripe fruit, big oak, raisins, tart apricot and dried fruit. Flavour is above moderate sweet and light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is tons of apricot, prunes, Bourbon, wood, vanilla, tart ripe fruits. Flavour is moderate to medium sour and mildly sweet. Body is medium. Beautiful, well-balanced barrel aging.
