Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of vegetables, roasted malt, burnt bread, and wood, leading to a dry vegetable finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear reddish brown with a beige head. Odd roast aroma, some glue as well. Medium body, roasted malts, some ashes and a slight tartness. Some malt bitterness. Really unclean and strange. 100810

Bottle, 6.5%. Caramelly aroma, some roasted coffee, a little sweetness. Almost black colour, seems a little cloudy. Very small light brown head. The flavour is slightly sweet and creamy. It has a little cardboard, but is OK.

#3 Birthday beer.
Pours brownish black with a great, creamy, light-beige head. Aroma has coffee, roasted malts - a touch of tartness as well. Okay mouthfeel. Flavour has a bit of citric tartness - more or less an infection. There are great notes of coffee and dry hops at the end. Even a heavy dose of hops. It is probably a great - even very great - beer, when it’s fresh.
