Ølbar, Copenhagen - (Beerdog #3) amber coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is citrus fruity and sweet malty, some light caramel, grassy and herbal hoppy notes going on. Quite a easy drinking easy going brew.

Ølbar in straight glass at approx 7 degrees C. Pours hazy copper with off white head. Advertised as a lager, but it is much too hoppy for that in my opinion. However, it is a nice brew with a good balance of malt an hop with a citrussy spicyness and a pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. Not extremist in any way, but a well balanced slow drinking beer, perhaps closest to an IPA.
Tap at the Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry mineral big hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a long bitter finish.

Cask at Orsted. Poured a clear dark copper colour with a thin, glass hugging, white head. A slightly yeasty malty aroma. The flavour is all bitter and a hit of yeast. The bitterness kinda consumes this beer and sits on the palate for some time afterwards. It was served cool and no doubt it's a decent refreshing ale, but the extreme bitterness will be too much for some.

@Ørsted. Amber coloured and hazy. Has a dry, hoppy aroma, light roasted. A bit unharmonic. Toasted flavor, sharp bitterness. Dry texture and light astringent. back (2158) - Holstebro, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2014
