Hazy yellow-orange pour with a white head. Decently hoppy aroma of citrus peel, pine, and bitter melon. A little bit of straw and grass along with some bready malt. Flavor starts with a mild malt character of bread and cracker. A lot of melon hop flavor and some pine bitterness. Just a bit of grass, too. cubs (10721) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 17, 2012

tap at ørsted ølbar. Cloudy yellow, smooth offwhite head. Mild hoppy and flowery aroma. Flavor is sweet malty, exotic fruity, bitter hoppy, tilting towards the malty and caramelly, yet it is bone dry thewolf (12842) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2012
Tap @ Ørsted Ølbar, Cph. JanLaursen (3226) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2012
Pours murky yellow with a nice, staying, creamy, yellowish white head. Aroma has sweet resin, peach, apricot, pine and grapfruit. Medium carbonation, light and slightly dry mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh and "green" bitter, piney, peach, Galia. Somewhat grainy making it a bit messy. Fine dry and creamy finish. Okay.
Tap, Ørsted Bar. Unclear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is not exactly overwhelming, weak fruity citrus, aome pine, resin. Slim bodied, sweet taste, very heavy bitterness, a little out of balance, yet refreshingly bitter, super dry, light acidic finish. fiulijn (21399) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 6, 2012
Draught at Ørsted, Copenhagen Bragesnak (5394) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 4, 2012
Cloudy blond color with creamy head. It takes some time to express a delicate and harmonious aroma of fruits, oranges and bergamot, with a trace of jasmine flowers and yeast; some toffee too (to be noted, after some time the aroma becomes more vulgar, with vague traces of vegetables). It has a good body strength; the mouthfeel is smooth and apparently quite dry (but that is just the high IBU); the flavor is a good mix of malt caramel and toffee; strong hopping, bringing a good share of fruits and resins; so far everything is perfect, but then we realize that the bitterness is excessive, unbearable, and the final spoils the experience.
It needs some tuning.
Ørsted Pub, Copenhagen, DK.
