Draught @ Orsted Olbar, Norre Farimagsgade 13, 1364 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
From keg @Ørsted Ølbar & Cafe, København. Clear and bright copper colored body, topped by a ring of blond bubbles. Sweet-scented caramelly malt aroma, nicely balanced by fruity and and light oily hops. Sweet caramel malt in the flavor as well, eventually owerpowered by a distinct oily and piny bitterness. Also some mellowing fruit tones. Well-bodied. Palate-cleansing. Bold bitter ending. Overall a clean and substantially bitter IPA.
