Draught @ Orsted Olbar, Norre Farimagsgade 13, 1364 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Clear medium red - orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, nutty, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grass, dusty, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, nutty, fruity hops, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Cask at Ørsted.Dark brown, clear pour. Pretty lifeless really with a round glass hugging short-lived white head and a little lace. Quite surprisingly, the aroma was somewhat weak but became a little floral as the beer warmed. The flavour is grassy hoppy spicy and bitter. A classic American IPA with the lingering bitterness on the palate. A truly tasty and satisfying ale. In fact I think I'd go all the way and describe it as "yummy" :-)

Amber pour with an off-white head. Good fruitiness on the nose. Peach and citrus peel with some floral notes. A hint of perfume to it, too. There is a fair amount of toffee and toasted bread, too. The flavor is nicely hoppy with the same floral, citrus, and peach notes. Lightly bitter with a decent sweet malt profile of toffee, toast, and perhaps a hint of chocolate.
