Bottle: Hazy, pale golden coloured, small and stable creamy white head; delicate sourish-wheaty nose with a tinge of minerals; tart, a bit sourish flavour, light, very light bodied; short citrus-fruity-grainy finish. Not really bad, but if You ever had Your doubts, if it’s possible to turn wheat into water, so here’s the proof......... MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAR 26, 2007
(bottle) Hazy, pale orange colour with a huge and quite persistent foamy white head. Slightly sweet, more acidic fruit-accented (citrus) aroma with dusty wheat-malty accents, backed by some clovy spice. Light sweet, slightly sour flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderately wheaty, slightly lactic taste with a light citrus-fruitiness; sweet and slightly sour finish. Uncommon, not very balanced, but at least somewhat refreshing Weizen. bierkoning (13355) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - SEP 1, 2006
