Sort of a sour chocolate note. Sweet. Looks good. Tan head. Black. Chocolate note. A bit of sweetness. A.little thin on the palate. Smooth tho. A solid beer.
On tap st Osgood. Very dry and light bodied. I was expecting more. Slightly sweet.

Drank at the brewery 2/15. Aroma was chocolate, coffee, roasty but had a definite rubbing alcohol scent as well. Deep, dark color, completely opaque, fitting for the style. Taste was acceptable for a strong stout, deriving bitterness from the dark malts.
Medium bodied, appropriate carbonation for the style. Overall an acceptable stout with the exception of the undeniable fusel alcohol smell and taste. 0R9H3U5 (27) - Hudsonville, Michigan, USA - JAN 18, 2014
This was a good beer, not great in aspect unfortunately. Average to above average across the board.esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 12, 2013

On tap at Osgood. Dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of dark over-roasted malt, barley and a chocolate & coffee mix. Taste is sweet with chocolate, coffee, milk sugar and slightly sour on the finish.

Black with tan head. Slight coffee with roast, not a lot of aromas. Lighter body, some malt charged flavors. Easy to drink, reminds me of a typical foreign stout. Hints of pine hops, roastyness is great.
