Dark chocolate brown colour with beige head which fades and leaves beautiful lacing to the sides of the glass. Aroma has dark chocolate, cocoa, coconut, choconut. So far so good. Taste continues with the dark chocolate, cocoa, coconut, sweet malty notes and ends with dryish roasted malts. A little too light for my taste, high carbonation boosts the lightness maybe too much. Otherwise excellent brew.

355 ml. can @ Home. Aroma: quite intense aromas of coconut, vanilla, cappuccino, cocoa, milk chocolate, milk edcoffee. Hints of dark chocolate, coffee, chocolate cake, roasted malts. Appearance: very dark brown color, almost black. To dark to tell, but it seems perfectly clear. High head thickness. Super creamy head made of assorted sized bubbles ranging from tiny to medium-big sized. High retention. Medium Brussels’ lacing. Medium brown head color. Taste: medium to high sweetness, low bitterness, no sourness. Flavors of cocoa, coffee, cappuccino, lots of dark chocolate, coconut. Hints of vanilla, roasted malts, caramel, hazelnuts. Balance is toward the sweet side. No much bitterness in here. Palate: medium body, oily to silky texture, flat carbonation, very lingering and quite sweet finish of cocoa, dark chocolate, coconut, vanilla, roasted coffee, cappuccino, roasted malts. Overall: very good appearance and very pleasant aromas of chocolate, coconut, vanilla, coffee. Very pleasant and lingering flavors, mainly dark chocolate, cocoa and coconut. Flavors of cappuccino, dark coffee, coconut, vanilla. Quite good. Lots of cocoa and chocolate. Nice one to pair with some dessert with lots of chocolate and cocoa.

Canned splited 2 ways. A "Coca-Cola" looking beverage, with a small foamy head that disappears quite fast. Aroma is you can guess it, a lot of coconut, roasted malt, chocolate. Roasted choconut with a hint of vanilla, some sweetness, not too much, oily mouthfeel, almost like you got a fresh cracked coconut. Very good one!

Nose is coconut, coconut and more coconut. Medium/Heavy body with notes of coconut and a bit of coffee. Quite fat, covers the palate. Very only coconut, as advertised, not very subtle.

35,5 cl can @ olio, canned 06.10.2015
Aroma has shitloads of coconut and quite nothing else. Perhaps some coffee but I am not sure of it. Flavour has strong coconut and quite nothing else. Perhaps some licorice and malt. Like drinking a coconut water with CO2, alcohol and some backbone.

355ml can from Beergium. Pours dark brown with a small head. Aroma of coconut, roastiness, vanilla, cocoa and toffee. Taste is heavy with loads of coconut, toffee, vanilla, roastiness and cocoa. Finish has loads of coconut, toffee, hints of syrup, cocoa, vanilla and roastiness. A total coconut overdose.

Can. Black with thin tan cratered head. Aroma is coconut, roasted hazelnut, espresso and sweet cacao. Taste follows aroma. Bitterness rolls on like black coffee, really nice. Light to mid body. Reminds me of a Mounds bar (Bounty in Europe). Quite sweet with the chocolate and coconut, but I like how the finish is more bitter. I remember being floored by Maui Brewing’s coconut porter years back, and while this is really well done it’s a bit too sweet right now. Still a big fan of Oskar Blues, but this wasn’t my favorite from them.
