On tap at Oskar Blues - Austin, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank herbal hops and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with lots of grassy, citrus hops, some dankness, and toasted biscuity malt. Nicely balanced, crisp and pleasantly bitter. The aroma is sweet creamy grainy malts, lemoney fruit and some resiny hops.
The flavor is slightly vegetal malt with some fruit and grassy hops with decent bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with light prickly carbonation.
Overall, a decent pale.
