RATINGS: 2760   WEIGHTED AVG: 3.71/5   EST. CALORIES: 195   ABV: 6.5%
Brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and four kinds of American hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. It weighs in at 6.5 % alcohol by volume.

Why squeeze such a big brew into a little can?

Because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great beer. Our cans go where bottled beers can’t, where flavorless canned beers don’t belong. And no matter where you drink Dale’s Pale Ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better than bottles do.

Northern Brewer for bittering, Cascade and Columbus for flavor, and a big, post-boil addition of Centennial for aroma.

Draft 0.15l at BeerTemple Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 23.04.2017. Pour it amber color with big white head. Aroma just pinch of orange. Taste of cereal, off note little bit, old hoppy carachter, nothing spectacular, thin feel, light body, average carbonation, astringent finish.

Bof bof.

Can from online Tescos. Marmalade coloured pour with a long lasting white head. Very citrusy nose with a whisper of vanilla and melted butter. Bags of bitter hops in the flavour, lots of bitter citrus, herb. Bitter hoppy finish. Good.

355ml can. Pours copper with a small off white head. Very bready, biscuit nose with some notes of pine resin, grapefruit and orange rind. Smooth and thick mouth feel. On the taste. Sweet caramel, bready malt, very oily resinous bitterness. Grapefruit, orange rind and dry apricot. Nice dry, hop oil bitter finish. This is properly good !!

Aroma: Hops and malt. Appearance: Amber with slight cloud. Taste: Good. Higher malt flavor than I expected. Palate: Medium/lite body with moderate carbonation. Overall: Very good pale ale.

LED40 (116) - Aberdeen, SCOTLAND - JUN 2, 2017
12 oz can. Hints of grapefruit on the nose and pours dark amber with an off-white head. The taste is hop forward, again with a citrus and floral backbone with a mild caramel aftertaste. The mouthfeel is flavourful, rich and velvelty with a lingering hoppy taste. This lived up to its reputation as a well crafted brew and is a step above it’s competitors.
