Draft at The Lackman, served in a goblet. Pours a mostly clear but deep chestnut amber with a beige ring that leaves some lace spots. Aroma of sweet caramel, toast, leaves, nuts, dates, and brown sugar. Flavor of caramel, brown sugar, dried apricots, dates, sweet bread, figs, and cookie. Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent light copper with thin off-white head. Smells of sweet malt, spices, and mild Belgian yeast. A touch vegetal too. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Okay.

On tap at Falling Rock poured a clear reddish amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of caramel, brown sugar, toasted malt and light dark fruit. Palate was medium bodied and smooth.
