Wine barrel aged -- listed at 7.1% ABV.
Medium body with light carbonation.
Excellent use of wine barrel aging with some effect on feel, I suspect, and certainly solid but not overdone effects on the aroma and flavor. Distinct and harmonious blend of flavors and aromas.

Sample @ Charleston Brewvival, 2015. Somewhat hazy golden pour with a fine white head. Saison yeast on the nose – gentle bucolic character. Light wheat. Soft apple and orchard fruits. Bottle share as ’Oskar Blues Freedom Tickler ’, 5.8%, many thanks to Leighton for this. Yellow, slight haze, translucent, lightly sparkling, small foamy white head. Aroma is jam tart, jelly tarts from my childhood, some fake lemon. Body is light, tingly carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is bready, jam tart, metallics. Thin and watery. Bottlshare at Mr Smith’s pad. Thanks to Leighton for the can. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and crispy. Strong floral start, pinch of herb. Floral candy fruit sweetness. A dry finish sees the floralness getting even strong, slightly perfumey. Different!
Bottle shared at Leighton’s place 14/04/2016. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. Mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a a thin white head. Aroma is light saison yeast, wheat, pils grains, some dried apple on the nose. Flavour is composed of light grains, semi sweet, nutty grains aims, dried fruit. Palate is light and crisp, highish carbonation, ok.

Can shared in London - sourced from some online retailer. Pours totally clear with a creamy, white head. The nose holds wheat bread, white grape, hay, apple. Light to medium sweet flavour, with light doughy wheat bread, more white grape, lemon rind, yeast, pale bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Pale golden blonde with a moderate off white covering that dissipates to spotting.
Nose is somewhat limited, light citric peel, straw, yeast, faint bread.
Taste comprises lemon rind, faint honey, grain, straw, pale malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close, a touch sweet for the style.
Ok and no more ... a little basic.

Pour on tap, clear golden pour with fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of spice, bread, herbal notes with a slight white fruit, hints of grass into a bit of citrus peel. Taste was a mix of yeast, herbs, and spicy notes into a bit of bread, grassy, slight pine hops into some citrus, finishing doughy, dry.
