Tap @ Liquids and Solids. Clear amber with a big off-tan head. Big fresh dank hop oil aroma, lots of earthy-toffee tones. Taste is very smooth and coating with a lasting finish. Big toffee and caramalt backbone, with a substancial fresh hop bitterness to balance, but very smooth. Beautifully balanced, sweet at first, but follows with resinous floral hops, fresh cut grass. Just delightful.

Draft. Pours dark gold, small white head, some retention/lace. Aroma of rich grapefruit, resin, piney hops, caramel malt. Taste is extremely dank marijuana, grapefruit, melon. Moderate/high bitterness balanced with a nice malt sweetness. Palate is oily, average carbonation, bitter grapefruit finish. Very nice.

The hops used in this beer were grown on their Hops and Heifers Farm. Pretty cool if you ask me. This beer is not an IPA but a nicely hopped American Strong Ale. Pine, grapefruit, and caramel pretty much make up this beer. I could see them possibly canning this beer one day and I hope they do. I liked it so much I bought another pint later on.

Draft. Pours a reddish amber cokor. Lots of lacing on glass. Tastes sweet and sticky of pepper, cherry and honey. Not as hoppy as I expected, but very well balanced and nice to drink

Tap at Pony by myself lolol. Pours a medium, glassy amber with a pretty big off-white creamy head (about half bubbles and have solid froth). Leaves patchy, streaky lacing. Smell is medicinal and fruity hops. Palate is refreshing and delicious: grapefruit, hard butterscotch candy and then hop bitterness on the way down. Somewhat long legs. I really like it.
