Appearance: 1" white head recedes slowly with significant lacing. Color is a somewhat cloudy yellow. Moderate carbonation bubbles streaming.
Aroma: cereal grains, sweet barley malt, and some lemon,
Mouthfeel: light, crisp, and refreshing. Finish is dry.
Flavor: cereal and biscuit flavors, a pleasant sweetness, a bit of lemon, and a mild lingering hop finish.
Overall: this is definitely a most excellent beer and represents the style well.

Can shared at THT January (Platypus Edition). Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, fruity hops, citrus and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Canned, 355ml from Tesco in Banbury, Oxon. Gold with over active white head. After clearing up the kitchen of the spume when this was opened the beer itself has a crisp grainy character, some sweetness, some light, citrus hopping but not as much impact as other Oskar Blues beers. Light in the close. It's okay. Davros (3338) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 2, 2018
Pours yellow with a small head.
Nose shows hay, bready malt, spicy and grassy hops.
Flavours include hay, grassy notes, soft vegetal characters.

Hands down my favorite pils. It hits all the style points artfully. Pretty and deep golden pour. Resilient frothy white head. Grassy hop aroma. Crisp lightly bitter finish. Spicy Saaz character. Clean crackery malt. Nice cleansing wash of carbonation in the finish. Luckily it is widely available, because there's really no reason to look further if you are seeking a quality pils. A pretty good lager, but definitely one of my least favorite of the Oskar Blues line. Tried for the first time in 2010, it has a thick, grassy, earthy hop body. johndoughty (5600) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - OCT 15, 2017
Can. Orange clear appearance. Head soon dissipates leaving a flat but pleasant beer. Slightly hoppy but nothing out of the ordinary. Non-threatening and quite nice.
