COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This AmeriCAN take on the Belgian Classic Wit, featuring orange peel and coriander spice emanated from the basement blues music legacy Dave McIntyre (Oskar Blusologist) built at the original Oskar Blues Grill & Brew in Lyons, CO. On draft for over a decade, Priscillas zesty citrus and light fresh baked bread aromas mix with spicy, fruity fermentation. Light bodied with a subtle savory spice accent and a dry, lightly tart finish you can nearly feel the flicker of the neon and sounds of the King. White Wit Wheat.

Can from Whole Foods Market, Glendale, CA. Light banana aroma, bread, floral, with berries, and light spice. Lightly hazy medium gold color. Flavors of wheat, berry candy, a little citrus, and a tiny bit of coriander. Thin-medium body. Okay. Easy on the palate. A wheat-wit hybrid.

Pour is a clear but hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is some spicy yeast esters and a definate corriander. Flavor is a bit fruity, a lot bitter for the style and it has a chewy malt base. Smells better than it tastes but still a decent no frills wit.

Canned on 08/11/2016, a tad overdue, but au contraire, heres the rest and better than I was worried about. Poured into a mug, the appearance was a semi-ruddy/burnt yellow color with a thin fingers worth of white foamy head that sustains nicely and ends up dissipating at a nice pace. Moderate carbonation could be seen rising. The aroma has a sweet wheaty, semi-citrusy, low spicy (coriander-esque), Belgian yeasty esters and then a touch of bubblegum. The flavor leans sweetly through the previous mention of those aromas and the coriander seems to only compliment nicely. Clean sweet wheaty biting / semi-bubblegum sort of aftertaste sliding into a quick wet sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation feels fairly low. Nice crisp wheatiness lays down on the tongue. Overall, another witbier by an American brewer coming to what I say "session standards." Good for what it is and I would prefer to have again in the Summer, but honestly, doesnt compare to its Belgian counterparts. Though, I could have again for me.

Amarelo palha de leve turbidez, espuma branca de boa formao e mdia persistncia. Aroma predominante de coentro seguido de laranja e floral, malte mais presente que em outras wit. Paladar de leve dulor sem amargor. Corpo e carbonatao leves. Final mantm as impresses iniciais do aroma, perfumada, boa para o estilo.

12 oz. can. Pours a medium, well retained, off white head, with slight lacing, over an essentially clear gold (SRM 5) body.......nose is wheat, bread, moderate spine with ginger tones, hints of citrus, no hops........taste is lightly sweet, with citrus including orange, lemon, moderate spice, hints of ginger, finishing almost dry with slight bitterness........mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, moderate carbonation. This is a nicely done example of the style, with the additives giving pleasant aromas and flavors. The result is a refreshing and elegant beer. BJCP 8/3/15/4/7

Slightly hazy yellow with fast fading head. Smells of spice and grain but the taste is big wheat with just a mild spice. Can really pick out the coriander and some hits at the orange peel. Smooth drinking and very refreshing so I am hoping to find this on the shelves when we hit those hot days again in a couple months.

On tap at Bangers & Lace. Pours light cloudy yellow. Flavor is light bodied wheat and a touch of spice and citrusy bitterness. Decent inoffensive witbier but doesnt stand out (in a field where it is hard to stand out).

On tap at the Brevard NC beer pub. Pale and hazy golden body with a white head that leaves plentiful lacing on the glass. Good balance. Fruity and wheaty with good balance. Some banana with hints of strawberries, but the wheat dominated the aftertaste. Refreshing.
