COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This AmeriCAN take on the Belgian Classic Wit, featuring orange peel and coriander spice emanated from the basement blues music legacy Dave McIntyre (Oskar Blusologist) built at the original Oskar Blues Grill & Brew in Lyons, CO. On draft for over a decade, Priscillas zesty citrus and light fresh baked bread aromas mix with spicy, fruity fermentation. Light bodied with a subtle savory spice accent and a dry, lightly tart finish you can nearly feel the flicker of the neon and sounds of the King. White Wit Wheat.

Draft. Hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma of citrus and wheat. Taste seems to add a touch of honey. Crisp medium palate. This is amazingly easy to drink.

12 oz. can. Pours a medium, well retained, off white head, with slight lacing, over an essentially clear gold (SRM 5) body.......nose is wheat, bread, moderate spine with ginger tones, hints of citrus, no hops........taste is lightly sweet, with citrus including orange, lemon, moderate spice, hints of ginger, finishing almost dry with slight bitterness........mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, moderate carbonation. This is a nicely done example of the style, with the additives giving pleasant aromas and flavors. The result is a refreshing and elegant beer. BJCP 8/3/15/4/7

Slightly hazy yellow with fast fading head. Smells of spice and grain but the taste is big wheat with just a mild spice. Can really pick out the coriander and some hits at the orange peel. Smooth drinking and very refreshing so I am hoping to find this on the shelves when we hit those hot days again in a couple months.

On tap at Bangers & Lace. Pours light cloudy yellow. Flavor is light bodied wheat and a touch of spice and citrusy bitterness. Decent inoffensive witbier but doesnt stand out (in a field where it is hard to stand out).

On tap at the Brevard NC beer pub. Pale and hazy golden body with a white head that leaves plentiful lacing on the glass. Good balance. Fruity and wheaty with good balance. Some banana with hints of strawberries, but the wheat dominated the aftertaste. Refreshing.

Watery and too sweet. It pours pale yellow with a lot of foam. The aroma is like a muted version of any wheat beer; bananas, some citrus, some sweetness, mild vanilla. The flavor is OK on the front of the tongue, but it turns to water immediately and closes with a muted meh kind of nothingness. It doesnt taste bad. I guess at least theres that.

Macro look, slight funky wit bier taste. It was above average, nothing great.

Pours clear gold into a tumbler. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Bubblegum and clove aromas. Soft and dry with sweet apple, bubblegum and coriander from to back.

This is a bit overly sweet but otherwise has nice flavors going on. Its perfectly clear and has a thick, creamy head. I get banana first in the nose which is accented by that sweetness. Theres some spicy and bready notes around the edges as well. This has a fairly substantial mouthfeel, a bit syrupy and heavy actually. Overall, Id say this is just a bit off from being a really good beer.
