On tap at Hops & Pie. Black appearance with a light brown head. Aroma of gourmet coffee, milk chocolate, mild oak, vanilla and caramel with light roasted malts and a slight earthiness. Similar flavor, rich, dark, malty, moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Full body with soft carbonation, a smooth creamy feel and a touch of whiskey/bourbon at the finish, although, the alcohol is mostly hidden. Pretty delicious overall.

More dark chocolate, less sweet than in aroma, cacao, dark roast coffee, dark malts, lightly bitter towards the finish, alcohol, soft carbonation, full bodied. Outstanding, amazing aroma. Black color with brownish head. Aroma has sweet bourbon and fudge brownies with some sweet coffee notes. Taste is sweet at first with a light umami note, continues with roasted coffee and malt, medium bitterness on the finish. Medium body, quite smooth mouthfeel. Overall it’s a really nice variant of Ten Fidy with the coffee and bourbon integrated very well.

Can shared at a tasting. Dark pour with a tall espresso head that is slow to rise to the surface. Notes of brewed coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malts, molasses, caramel. Full body, smooth texture, light alcoholic finish. Very nicely done.
