COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aged through four seasons and from a blend of the top Bourbons around, this Ten Fidy has morphed into a monster of cranked up flavor. Espresso, burnt sugar, rich chocolate, caramel notes are now driving alongside the vanilla, oak, bourbon from the barrel and been smoothed out during maturation. Even at 12.9% (75 IBUs) it is cool and drinkable, letting each sip add more and more complexity.

Draf to snifter from JPs pour opaque black with thin mahogany head. Nose bourbon, roasted malt, chocolate, light earthy. Taste big roast and some pleasing bourbon up front, then chocolate, bakers chocolate, raisins, molasses. The flavors return to chocolate and a light burn at the end. Super thick mouth feel. Aftertaste of chocolate lasts for minutes.

Intense chocolate, cacao, oak, bourbon, dark, burnt grain malts. Hazy, dark brown, tiny, creamy, beige head. Medium sweet. More dark chocolate and cacao, dark, moist pralines, dark, burnt malts, sweet oak, light bourbon, soft carbonation, full bodied. Beautiful. Keg at GABF17, Denver.

Imperial pint can from Beervana. Pours an inky pitch black color with a small beige head that disappears quickly. Aroma is strongly malty and with strong dark fruits upfront. Oaky, vanilla notes get displaced by notes of figs, prunes, plums, molasses, bourbon and rapadura. Taste is sweet, very sweet but quite complex and dynamic. Surprisingly it has few toasted/roasted hints. Some caramelized flavors, strong in molasses and cane sugar. Touches of fruit backed up by soft dark fruits. Rich woody dryness. Big body, not chewy though. Immense aftertaste, bold finish. Big one, very American. Really interesting but would have loved extra-balance against the sweetness.

Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma has oak, whisky, molasses, dried dark fruits, coconut, roasted nuts. Taste is same as the aroma but with bitter chocolate, and some spices and peppers in the finish.

Can from Systembolaget. Black with a tan head. On the sweet side with bourbon, oak, chocolate, coffee and some caramel. The body was almost full and the finish long. Tasty stuff.

Can @home, (Clear out the cellar evening). Pours Black, opaque, very small tan head. Nose is chocolate, toffee, coffee, licorice, tar, slight cigarettes, smells v.boozy. Taste is more of the same, slight whisky on the taste and more chocolate. It’s good but its just trying a bit too much.
