Very solid, very on-form imperial stout. Tastes good, has an incredible head (in terms of size, density, and staying power). Everything you want in this sort of beer. Goes down smooth ... VastActiv (7483) - Oulu/Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 14, 2017
Can at home, Nivala. Color is almost black with small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Licorice, chocolate, coffee and roasted malts. Strong flavors with very nice toasty malts. Some molasses in taste. Blade86 (1411) - Wroc³aw, POLAND - OCT 11, 2017
Black opaque, big light brown foam, coffee and chocolate in aroma, full and thick, medium bitterness and sweetness, soft+ carbonation, long bitter dry finish SolarSam (71) - Interlaken, New York, USA - OCT 8, 2017
Pours out like a quart of 90 weight. Just the way I like them. Gotta be an agressive pour into a pint snifter. Room for the head!
I believe a plastic spoon would stand upright in this brew! Yum.
A bit sweet- but then, so am I.

Many thanks to Chris. Intense thick roasted deep beginning. Deep, thick, rich. Intense dark thick roast aftertaste. Fascinating.

Can shared with Erzengel! A black beer with a huge most good lasting brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, bitter coffee, tobacco. Taste of dark roasted malt, coffee, burned malt, tobacco, bitter hops, citrus, really nice! KevinReddirt (209) - Midland, Texas, USA - OCT 6, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 17, 2017 Long sought after, long anticipated, I finally found a 4 pack of Ten FIDY at a divey liquor store in Santa Fe, NM. Dig the can, all black and silver. Pull the tab and pour into my Buffalo Bayou snifter. I deliver half, enjoy the view. Black as my accountant's heart and a glorious dark brown foam. I almost do not want to drink, too pretty. The smell, my gawd, charcoal, black licorice, dark plum. With Stone Temple Pilots in the background I sip. Maybe it has been awhile between imperial stouts but this is outstanding. There is dark chocolate, tobacco, cedar, raisin, heavy malt, a hint of brown sugar. Thick and chewy. Finishes with a moderate bitterness. So this beer makes it in the 100 beers to drink before you die but cannot break into the top 50 imperial stouts? Criminal. Three cans left, my friends are gonna love me. jjunghun2 (21) - - OCT 3, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 3, 2017 Tap at Tia pub. Tan head. Dark chocolate, roasted coffee. Nutty. A bit harsh for me. Bitter sweet stout. SimonBlok (717) - GRONINGEN, NETHERLANDS - OCT 2, 2017
35,5cl can at home. Appearance: pitchblack with pretty high, dark beige head Aroma: dark roasted malts, coffee, cacao and some soysauce. Taste: high sweetness and high bitterness. Notes of espresso coffee, coffee grounds, cacao, dark chocolate, dark roasted malts and a trace of salmiak and vegetables. Palate: medium to full bodied, oily texture and medium carbonation. ozzatoadisback (199) - ITALY - OCT 2, 2017
Pours black with about one finger of light brown head, decent retention and a bit of lacing. Very much intense but not too complex aroma of coffee and chocolate, with slightest fruitiness. Taste has roasted malts, strong caramel (or burnt caramel), again strong notes of coffee and chocolate and a good degree of bitterness in the finish. This is both very sweet and highly bitter, and overall balanced. Alcohol is well hidden. Dense bodied with low to medium carbonation, with a thick and dense mouthfeel. Overall this is very much your classic, bold american imperial stout, and an averagely good one at that.
