Cunningham (8530) - Halden, - OCT 10, 2012
Black colour with a beige head. Moderate sweet aroma with coffee and roasted malt. Mild moderate sweet chocolate, coffee and raosted malt flavour. If this was a normal stout. I would have said. Well done. Misses some power to be called an Imperial Stout. Anyway an ok beer.

Sødmerik lukt med preg av mørk malt, humle, maltdrops, mørk sjokolade og litt salt lakris. Sødmerik smak med preg av mørk malt, humle, maltdrops, mørk sjokolade og litt salt lakris. Litt brent. Middels bitterhet og lengde. Grei.

Draught @ Oslo Mikrobryggeri, Oslo
Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt and totally ruined by cooked vegetable. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long cooked vegetable finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

abemorsten (3683) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - MAR 12, 2014
On tap at the brewpub. Clear deep ruby colored body with a light brown head. Coffee, roasted malts and light smokey tones on the nose. Liquorice and a pleasant roated bitterness. Full bodied and smooth to drink. A touch of green apples in the finish.

3fourths (9367) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - NOV 21, 2013
Draft sample. Dirty dish rag / mold aroma covering whatever roast, dark malt and hop character that’s in there. Prickly acids and dirty solvent to go with your roast, cocoa, coffee core. Watery, thin finish. Should have scrolled past.

mansquito (7148) - Nueva York, New York, USA - AUG 15, 2012
At brewpub: Pours a black with beige head. Aroma is slightly roasty. It has a velvety mouthfeel. There be some small roasted malts. Some sugar be there aussi. It has no hops. I thought this was 4-5% alcohol (Judging by taste), so I was surprised to find out I was drinking an Imperial Stout when I checked the tap from whence it came. There is nothing bad here, but alas, there is not enough good.

visionthing (5603) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 28, 2012
On tap at the brewpub. Black with a nice, creamy, beige head. Fruity aroma with roasted malt with hints of dried fruits, chocolate and smoke. Sweet, but well balanced. Quite mild and light IS, but very pleasant. (2012-05-26)

On tap at OMB. Black color, offwhite head. Medium body and complexity. Taste of burnt coffee and some leather. Some fruitiness, could improve with more. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the source. Dark brown color, medium tan head. Aroma of cafe au lait. Taste has mild roastiness. Underwhelming.

altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - DEC 26, 2011
On tap at the brewery. Nice dark amber with puffy head. Nose is roasty malts and chocolate. Taste is also lots of malts, toffee, chocolate. Really nice strong and solid. Was more like a souped-up Vienna but enjoyed it definitely.
