On tap at Oslo Mikrobryggfest. Has a hazy yellow colour with an off-white head. Lots of phenols, yeast, banana, white bread and wheat. The flavour is similar but with more pale malt, hay and a sweet background. Has a slick mouth feel, light body and a light bitterness. Sweet and decent hefe-weizen but the phenols are quite dominant though.

Hazy, pale yellow body with a small, white, short-lived head. Strong aroma of hefeweizen yeast, here be bananas! Strong flavour of banana, candy, sugar and some citrus. Moderate sweet taste with a light bitter finish.

Tap @ Oslo Mikrobryggeri, Oslo. Pours a light near-clear golden-yellowish body with a small sidesticking off-white head. Aroma is light sour with something that actually reminds me much of wild-yeast. Also hints of hay, wood and cherries. Strange stuff.. Light-bodied, average to soft carbonation and it has a mild watery texture. Tastes just as sour and acidic as the aroma suggested, with notes of hay and sour grapes. This actually can bear resemblance to a mild lambic. Liked it, even though it was a bit light-bodied and I think a bit to sour for a hefe.

On tap at the brewpub. Light yellow hazy, thin white head. Smells of apples, citrus and hints of banana. Taste is very light. Does not feel heavy at all. Some malt but not very sweet eighter. Good acids and a nice dry mouthfeel. Finis his not very bitter. After a while the aroma gets sulfide tendensies, but my rate is based on the first impression
