Aroma is big coffee. As it settled and warmed up, I get more of the Night Train base, but at first it was all coffee. James (one of the brewers) is a master coffee roaster!
Flavor has a sweet toffee maltiness, balanced by bitterness from the roasted coffee. Finishes with a slight dry bitterness that makes you want to take another sip.
Body is light, which makes this so easy to drink. I really enjoy these lighter body, yet full flavored beers. Amazing.

On tap at O’so Tap House. Dark brown with ruby lowlights and a slowly fading creamy tan crown and a sheet of lacing. Aroma of very dark roasted coffee, coffee and more coffee with some chocolate underneath. Taste is of strong coffee with roasted malts and mild chocolate. Semi-acidic and smooth with a long lasting coffee aftertaste. Kind of a one trick pony but a pony I’d love to hop on as if there was a ratecoffee,com I’d probably be on there. On draught during the Wisconsin Craft Brewers Festival in Chilton, Wisconsin. During the 4 pm special tap release, pours an opaque dark colored brew with a fast dissolving beige head that dissipates to a thin off-white ring. Aroma of mostly espresso coffee that resembles Ethiopian Ghimbi-style coffee - slightly fruity, long lasting and a tad "meaty." Well-balanced both in roasted dark malt, dark chocolate and espresso flavors with a long coffee aftertaste, followed by a slight tart finish.
