The perfect deer camp companion while playing cards, telling stories, and hanging out with your no good brother in-law. Enjoy! Six-pack carriers came with five Doe In Heat bottles with orange crowns and one Buck In Rut bottle with a black crown.

Poured from 12oz bottle, wierd name and wierd label, oh well I suppose, pours a pale yellow with a soapy white head, aroma is pretty musty with a little bit of metal mixed in as well, ugh, flavor is of slight cracker and a little bit of fruit in the finish, pretty bland and boring through out, Oso, you can do so much better than this.

Seen this one and reminded me of my hunting back in the day. Decent lemon zest aroma. Hazy yellow bdy with decent head. Flavor was better than aroma some sour lemon zest and somewhat soapy. Easy drinkable brew while playing cards on NYE 09

Tap at Dublin’s. Murky golden pour. Nose is light fruity malts mixed with generic lager malt/wet malt. Flavor is typical pale lager malt with subtle fruity/orange undertones. Unfortunate finish of litght butter. Trailing lager malt/butter. Lightly slick on the palate. Meh.

Had this one bottled thanks to Slothgar! Very nice floral and citrusy notes, lightly malty but not overpowering in any one area, very smooth and mild finish. I liked it.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2010 translucent sunshine pour with no legs. low carb. floral aroma with backdrop of clean pils grain. lightbodied but not watery, lightly gritty mouthfeel. simple beer that is light but never offensive in doing so. bready note comes and goes but often this is an overly sweet mess. quite similar to lemonade.

Worst beer name EVER!!!! Does the name not sound like "Buck Lure" or any of the other hunters aids? I half expected this to taste like deer piss, Khrist almighty!!!!! Average looking macro pour with bright white head. Corn/metal nose. Soapy taste like Miller Low Life, but some good bitter hop aftertaste. Worst beer name EVER!!!!

Head dissipated before I had a chance to look at it. Strongest flavor is water, but had notes of earth, citrus, and hops. Like watery Miller Lite.

Bottle pour, and admittedly purchased this bottle for the incredible artwork (thanks mixed sixer display with some stuff I wanted to try). Extremely pale yellow color with a decent sized white head...aroma is corn and sweet malt...mild fruit notes...nothing offensive. Flavor is, well, nothing bad, but that is because it is nearly non-existent. Could have swapped in a Michelob Ultra and I probably wouldn’t have asked who took my beer...some corn, mild sweetness...just not much here. Palate is medium carbonation...quite easy drinking. In fairness, there’s nothing wrong with this beer...it isn’t disgusting or loaded with off flavors, but just nothing much in the positive either...

Lucky enough to find the last six pack from at a local gas-station. Pours light golden clear with thin white head... doesn’t last long. Lighter flavor. Aroma of malts, light fruit and a bit of apple and hops. Unique packaging idea, drinkable but average.

12 oz. bottle from Christmas gift sampler. Ar: Aroma is straight corn, maybe a touch fruity? Really not at all inviting. Ap: Pours a clear light straw with a 1" frothy head that dissipates fairly quickly and does not leave much lace. T: Slightly fruity body with moderate sweetness. Corn and a touch of bread dough. Little to no bitterness on the finish. P: Medium to thin body with some stickiness and strong carbonation. O: Not into this at all, really not an enjoyable beer.
