Nothing either great nor bad about this beer. Terry Sandee gave to me. I would get again but only if there were no there that I liked. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

muzzlehatch (4970) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 23, 2016
12 ounce bottle from Badger Spirits in Beloit, WI (July 2016), served a bit above fridge temperature from a Fitger’s pint glass. Pours very pale gold, lightly hazy and faintly oily, with an enormous head of meringue that takes forever to dissipate and leaves fine lace all the way down...citrus - grapefruit and tangerine - dominates a strong nose that also hints at honey and cedar...flavor is lusciously sweet and syrupy at the front - but the sugariness of real fruit, very fresh - and becomes sharper and sharper towards a fairly stinging finish...this has got to have one of the best mouthfeels of any IPA or APA I’ve had recently, it’s so obviously real and unfiltered, and as it warms it takes on a certain complexity between the sweet fresh fruits, a light honey glaze, and the sharpness and oiliness of fresh hops...no real alcohol presence; perhaps just a touch too thick but it’s very hard to think of anything else that I don’t like about this. Not one I had any real expectations for but it’s a killer. Now as I’m finishing the glass - and supremely sorry that I just got this in a mix-a-six instead of a whole six-pack - I’m going to have to bump it up a couple of notches, because this is the best IPA I’ve ever had,
