pours a hazy golden amber brown. Medium foamy white head. Great thick lacing. Aroma is very floral and slight citrus (not nearly as citrusy as many IPAs). tastes great. very hoppy, medium bitter, resiny, long but not overly bitter finish. A little bit of non-specific candy in there somewhere. Once I fished the hop cone out, I sniffed it and it smells the same, duh :-) Good beer!
Hazy, amber colored, small+ off white frothy head, floating cone is a nice touch. Aroma is of caramel, medium+ citrus, floral and pine, some resin. Taste is very sweet malt with caramel, citrus, orange and some hard candy, floral pine and some fruity, medium+ hoppiness, bit toasty, medium+ bitterness, dryish. Medium to full, soft carbonation, oily to resiny. Some Atlantic voyage noticeable, other than that, a fine DIPA!

Tap at pub. Pours hazy amber colored with medium sized off-white head. Aroma is citrus and hops. Taste has strong hops and malts with citrus. Okay. tiong (7263) - Espoo, FINLAND - JAN 16, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 16, 2017 Draught @ William K Kurvi. Pours dark orange with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of caramely malts, pine, citrus, grass and herbal notes. Taste is sweetish, caramely malty and grassy with some fruits, pine, citrus and resin. Finish is sweet, malty and caramely with some pine, resin, fruits and citrus. Sweet and caramely malty DIPA, doesn’t feel very fresh. JorgeLee (2110) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 14, 2017
Bottle. Slightly hazy a ber, thick white foam. The hop cone is an unusual gimmick. Quite a big IPA, very hoppy in the sense of grassy, oily texture, dank, rather than citrus or pine or whatever. Long bitter finish. I quite liked it, even if it didn’t display huge nuances of flavour. Drake (13724) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 15, 2016
Keg at Whole Foods Wauwatosa, 9/8/16. Clear copper, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of tropical, piney, sticky hops, pale malt. The taste is herbal hops, grapefruit, pine, tropical fruit. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.

, Tampere, Finland. Light/medium aroma with bit waxy, sweetish fruits. Deep orange color with small/minimal white head and hazy liquid. Medium/strong, averagely balanced taste with overaged fruits. Some wax and minerals dampen the sour nuances. A hint of malts. Medium taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with malts. Medium body with medium/light carbonation. Overall, bit light taste for DIPA. Still has the distinctive nuances.
Bottle @cgarvieuk, The Keith Tasting, April 2nd. [Rating Backlog] Pours amber slight white head. Nose is resin, grapefruit, toffee. Taste is grapefruit, caramel, bitter aftertaste. muzzlehatch (4958) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 16, 2016
12 ounce bottle from Woodman’s in Beloit, WI, served a few minutes out of the fridge in a Maudite glass. Moderate white soupy head decays to a lasting ring above the cloudy, near-opaque amber-copper body - no hop cone in this one...big expressive nose is dominated by sweeter, fruitier aromatics - mango, peach - and a bit of caramel-vanilla sugary spiciness, though there are touches of more pungent resinous tones as well...body is pretty sweet to begin with, lightly peppery/alcoholic throughout, lightly yeasty, growing more bitter towards the finish though the hops never really overtake the sweet malts until the very end which is just a bit drier and nicely sharp...body is full, somewhat syrupy, carbonation slightly low. This is solid enough though somewhat of a disappointment for me after the masterpiece that is their "regular" IPA, Hop Whoopin’. I think it definitely needs to be drunk a little warmer than what I started it out at - I tend to like IPAs fairly cold but in this and some other cases it doesn’t bring out the flavor as much as something closer to 55-60 degrees (F) does. gaudinosmotors (21) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JUL 9, 2016
Thick, cloudy golden and almost gooey goodness. It’s a little thick on the nose. Almost dirty look to it. 2 bug hop buds swimming around the bottle caused a fairly bitty drink but the creamy and caramely orange taste offset that happily. It’s a now and again bottle tho. I couldn’t drink many. Beerheart65 (1503) - Pori, FINLAND - MAY 9, 2016
Murky mahogany, thin off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is sweet and fruity, tropical, bit pine, caramel malt, vanilla, mango, tangerine, fresh and inviting. Medium body, soft, velvety, low carbonation, mild bitterness, dries bit to finish, malt more evident here, caramel, toasted notes. Good balanced, tasty. Taste has darker tones than aroma which is more lively..first fruity then much more malty tones join. Long finish is malty and medium bitter with woody nites in finish.
