Pours a crystal clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains and light grass on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes crisp and clean. shrubber85 (11408) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - AUG 12, 2015
Bottle. Milk, barley malt, and herbal hay aroma. Medium yellow with medium head. Sweet light lemon, creamy barley malt, and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. A nice solid Pilsner - made better by supporting a great cause. Patrickctenchi (6592) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - SEP 1, 2015

Pourd with a nice long lasting head and a little lace. Kind of dark for a Pilsner. Flavor doesn't fit traditional profile. Decent body. Fairly drinkable.

Not a world-class pils but very nice considering it is from the US. Nice bitterness, a refreshing beverage.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma of cracker and bready malts, mild grass hops with a bit stronger leaf hop presence. Flavor is dry, crisp, nice crackery malt and with a mild bitterness. Light bodied with a effervescent carbonation. Finishes clean and a touch on the bitter side. Nice pilsner. cbfobes (2883) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - DEC 28, 2012
On tap at Dexters, pours a hazy gold with a thin bubbly white head, the aroma has a nice amount of fruit and crackers, the flavor is very crisp and clean with some bread notes mixed in with a little bit of fruit in the finish, light and easy drinking, really enjoyed this. I respect the purpose of the brew. Pours a yellow color with a very low white head that fades quickly. Aroma has hefty noble hops grassy presence with some mild grainy presence at the end. Flavor has a great grassy noble hops presence with a well balanced grainy presence that perfectly compliments the hops. Body is light with a modest amount of fizzy character and a light dryness. Overall a pretty good brew. I like the strong hops flavor present in this light brew. GranvilleTim (1855) - Granville, Illinois, USA - AUG 8, 2013
Golden yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is malt and spice. Taste is a nice malt backbone and a nice aftertaste. Nice lacing. Tasty beer. Frank (4195) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 12, 2014
This stuff pours a distressingly cloudy yellow but is actually a damn fine pilsener. It has a floral noble hop and a nice, crisp and slightly lemony flavor. It might be just a touch on the sweet side for the style but it works well with the citric hops so no complaints here. Aside from looking like a wit, this it’s really well done.
