Cubby_Bear (5) - Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 19, 2011
Had it from the bottle poured into a snifter glass. Smell is of roasted coffee with a nice subtle chocolate undertone. It is dark chocolate in appearance with a beautiful very light milk chocolate head. The taste is just as it smells, except the chocolate really comes through at the end. Overall, this beer could be one of, if not the best, Wisconsin Porters I’ve had!!

Korcz (3375) - Warsaw, POLAND - JUN 25, 2017
Backlogi z kilku ostatnich tygodni - ciąg dalszy. Wyrazista paloność, spora goryczka, delikatnie popiołowe, dość wyraziste nuty dymu. Fajne.

Almost black with minimal beige head. Slight coffee aroma. Strong bitterness, roasted grain, coffee and chocolate notes, some malty sweetness, however bit too flat, something is missing.... Lasting bitter aftertaste.

Body is a little above medium and mildly creamy. Splendid Porter with cocoa, coffee, creamy milk chocolate, espresso and mocha. Just the way I like my Porter.

Aroma combines roasted malts and light cofffee with a bit of dark grain supporting. Flavor is similar with dark grains and roasted malts with a bit of coffee supporting.
