Nose is fruity with some sourness to accompany. Pours haze amber with fluffy head. Taste full of fruity notes of sour berries and some yeast. Palate is short and leaves some hops and bitterness is a quick parade. jackl (8029) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 28, 2017
Keg @ O’so. Gold pour with a small head. Nose is fairly Brett’s. Mellow grape and harvest fruits. Flavor is dry and Brett. Nice. Earthy, grassy hops. Light body, soft carb. TBone (17442) - Pori, FINLAND - JAN 5, 2017
Bottle 750ml (Beer Hunters). Clear golden-amber color, small white head. Horse saddle aroma. Bretta, very orvalish. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity, bretta, hops, funkyness. Complicated 5.5% brew. Probably improves with age. Nice one. ctipping (1937) - Florida, USA - DEC 8, 2016
750 mL bottle. Orange body. Big white head. Smells of orange and then brett. Fruity and grape-like brett. Tastes of orange and brett. Just like the nose. Fruity brett flavors, again like grape. Medium body. High carbonation. I suspect I drank this after the hops had faded and before the brett had fully developed. Nice either way. anders37 (26251) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 1, 2016

Its a good amber Brett ale, but I don’t pick up much of the hops in either aroma or flavor. Its not overly tart and fairly drinkable but I wish there would have been more hop character to it. rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 24, 2016

[ As O’so Winds of Change ].
ABV: 6.7%. Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel - pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, funky, leather - brett. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, brett, leather, funky, sweet malt, fruity malt - hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. With yeast from buttom of bottle it gets of course hazy, aroma and flavor gets more soft and melow. Nice :)
