Cask. A hazy yellow beer with a dense orangey head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops on a lightly malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrusy hops, malt, and hops, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish.

[email protected] Golden colour, big white head. Aroma is hoppy and slightly yeasty. Also has some slight spicy hints. Flavour is spiced, wooden and quite grassy and dry hoppy. Good balance, refreshing, but then again quite empty.

Bottle at home ... Pale crisp golden yellow ... lots of hop and light fruit in nose ... clean fresh fruitb and little caramel followed by a crisp citrus hop ... little drying in finish with a good hop linger.

Sampled cask conditioned at Nynäshamn Real Ale Festival, Sweden.
Cloudy pale golden. Strong grassy aroma. Dry, hoppy, crisp and bitter. Quite a lot of butterscotch. The mouthfeel is deliciously soft, making in a real thirst quencher sharing a lot of similiarities with really good German pilseners. Odd, genious and simple, all at once.

Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 29, 2010
Cask. Clear yellow with a creamy white head. A little fruit and butter in the nose. Light body, low carbonation, a little fruit and citrus with a dry and hoppy finish. 190110

Leighton (22820) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 30, 2010
Cask at the Euston Tap. Pours yellow-gold with a moderate, white head. Hay and straw bitterness with hints of citrus in the aroma. Good, balanced flavor with light orange and lemon citrus and some modest, toasted bread. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Dries out in the finish with more hay and mild, malty sweetness. Very good.
