Cask at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, lime, grain, some berry fruitiness and grassy hops. Taste of sweet grain, soft citrus lemon, lime, biscuit, some blackberry, some resin and grassy hops. Medium bodied, some carbonation and a slightly prickly texture. A bittersweet lemon and biscuit finish. A pleasant and easy drinking bitter.

Cask at Poste of Stone, Stone, Staffs. A very light ale which gives the impression it may be high on citrus content. More full bodied than that and a good quaffing light ale.

Tasty and smooth, hops shine through. Some citrussy notes, nice and floral. Part of a gift from uckelman and sarauckelman for our wedding.

Cask, Interval Bar, Sheffield. Hazy gold, musty citrus aroma. Somewhat thick, good bitterness, then a milky lemon finish.

Ethereal (2421) - Los Angeles, California, USA - AUG 3, 2008
Cask at Kingston BF, 28th June 2008, with renffisch. Bright yellow with a summery aroma of honey, lemons and floral hops. When you take a sip though, things go downhill. There’s some bitterness but it soon begins to taste like weak fairy liquid. Unbalanced, this is a bit of a dog’s breakfast of a beer.

Half pint at the Great British Beer Festival, a bright pale gold with a foamy head. A strong fruity hop aroma. A very fresh fruity aroma. Light, bitter and refreshing.
