Our flagship brew, and the winner of many beer festivals. This lager style beer with a crisp, dry flavour and citrus fruity aroma is ideal for drinking anytime, but is partcularly well suited to the Spring and Summer months.

From cask at University Arms. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity and grassy. Bitter and light citrusy hoppy. Dry and grassy hops finish.

I wen’t in just to use the toilet and endeded up drinking seven of these because it was just so damn hoppy and vibrant....got talkiing to the natives, all this before turning up wasted to a friends Private-Art review and listening to the social and spiritual commentary about papper macheed Robin sculptures . Shit , this was in good condition.

[email protected] Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, earth, wood, caramel malts, some mild cereals as well as nectar. Flavour is nectar, very citrusy as well as some slight bready and herbal notes. A quite pleasant and refreshing brew.

Cask, half pint at The Hop, Leeds. Thin, white tophead leaving fair amount of lacework behind. Clear golden. Smell of fresh fruity hops. Fruity taste with hints of grapefruits added by earthy malts. Nice bitter support. Crispy on the swallow (Leeds, 10.07.2010).

Pours pale yellow/gold with a hint of green. Taste is fairly standard pale-ale, moderately sweet, a little grainy and a mild dry-ish herbal finish. Reasonable.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2009 5th June 2008. A nice hoppy golden ale. Mild bitterness. Pretty mild all round. Drinkable. 20th June 2008. Light lemony hops. Mild dry finish without too much bitterness. Refreshing session bitter.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Clear light golden colour, medium white head. Aroma of fruity hops, biscuit malts, lemonade. Flavour has citrus and some malts.
