Bottle shared by Alex at Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours murky golden with a clinging white head and a sourish fruity aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor that s quite dank with a dry bitter finish. A great funky brew. ctipping (2233) - Florida, USA - JUL 2, 2016
16 oz. can. Pours murky deep orange. Big white head. Smells very malty. Grain. Nutty malts. Orange hops. Some dank notes. Tastes a touch sweet and has some orange hops. Immediately grainy. Malty without being sweet. Bready and toasty. Garlic bite and a resiny finish. Medium to medium heavy. Aggressive IPA with an interesting malt profile. Kinda dig it. ineedbeer (2255) - Oakland, California, USA - JUN 17, 2016
Poured from a can dated May 19, 2016.
Aroma is moderately malty with some cracker malt notes, biscuit and a bit of caramel. Hops are moderately strong with lots of grapefruit and pine resin. Lighter stone fruit and mango notes.
Pours a fairly hazy, dull brownish orange with a medium large, thick, slightly off-white head, that slowly recedes to the edges. Medium lacing and small legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate malt notes of cracker, biscuit, lightly toasted bread and caramel. Medium high bitterness with some light alcohol spice. Moderate hop notes with lots of grapefruit and pine resin. Much lighter tropical fruit and stone fruit. Some light orange and tangerine. Hints of alcohol spice.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a decent IPA but it’s too malty and the hop profile is fairly old fashioned. So much resin and grapefruit with a fairly malt forward aroma and flavor. I don’t know what spelt tastes like, but if it’s responsible for all the malt notes I don’t like it.

Bottle share, pint can. Cloudy golden color with a small white head. Nose is rich with hop aromatics; citrus, tropical, florals… dank. Very well hop flavored too. Moderate bitterness and lightly sweet. Dank hoppy goodness. SG111 (2025) - New York, USA - JUN 11, 2016
Canned. Pours a murky off-orange, almost blood orange. White head. Aroma is candied orange, pineapple, mango, grapefruit. There’s a weird I guess what I’d call malt note, I guess that’s the spelt? Dankness is in there, actually quite a bit. Flavor is dank, grapefruit, orange rind, some peach, quite a bit of effervescence, and a surprising amount of boozy heat on it. And then a tropical note in there. Maybe pineapple or mango. Not bad, decently bitter dry finish. stevoj (5568) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUN 11, 2016
Van share courtesy of Darrel. Zombie Dust has a rival! Perfectly hopped IPA, slick, slippery body. Tasty, zesty, spicy, lingering flavor. jredmond (8629) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 10, 2016
Draft at As Is with Linh. Pours a deep murky golden orange body with thin white lacing. Super dank nose with some mushy melon as well. Mouthfeel is smooth and medium bodied with notes of funk, melon, dank fruits, rich dank juice, muted hop bitterness takes a back seat to the dank profile. Much danker than the previous release, All Dank Everything. Art (3220) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2016
On tap at row 34. Pours a clearish golden color. Healthy hops. Fairly bitter. Not impressed.
