Tried both from tap and from can. Can was not so fresh! But the avarage here was amazing balanced ipa with a strong charackter bit into dry direction! So maybe thats why more bitter. Also hazy a bit! Overall amazing! dogfishho (669) - Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA - MAY 12, 2015
Easily my least favorite of the single-hop series, but that could be the simple result of the fact that I find centennial hops rather boring. The aroma is a bit flatter than its cousins, and so is the flavor. There is a spicy, piney hop note, but it doesn’t have a particularly long or complex finish. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 26, 2015
Clear darker orange body, medium sized off-white head, soapy lacing. Straight forward centennial profile with pine, grapefruit, and florals. Medium bodied with moderate to lively bitterness, semi-dry throughout, clean. [Taproom] drsandman (1679) - New York, USA - APR 22, 2015

Draft at Kiabacca and Valhalla with Streets. Pours a deep hazy golden orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is bitter hop, citrus, grapefruit and sharp pine. Mouthfeel is medium with nice bitterness upfront and notes of dry citrus fruits and bitter hop profile. Straight forward and enjoyable. mrmartin (786) - New York, New York, USA - APR 9, 2015

Shaker pint draft at Milk and Hops in New York. The pour is cloudy orange golden with a one inch foamy white head. Despite the loose foam, the head is lasting, and leaves nice lace behind on the glass. The aroma is bright, fresh citrus fruit, floral and grass. Bright, engaging nose. The taste follows suit, big right fresh orange citrus flavors, the grass floral element and finishes dry with a softly dank mineral finish. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft carbonation and the nice dank finish. Delicious beer, fresh and bright.
