This was my favorite beer out of the sampler at the brewery. A nice lightly bretty (floral mostly with some herbal) beer and American hop accents. Easy drinking, well carbonated, and light. Cool stuff, Broseph. jkwood04 (5483) - Connecticut, USA - NOV 9, 2014
On tap at Deciccos. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of light Brett, pale malts, floral and fruity hops, and some hints of light fruits. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. A solid beer. Leighton (23686) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 31, 2014
Keg at the brewery taproom - Brooklyn. Pours clear orange-gold with a creamy white head. The nose has light poopy brett, some melon, lemon. Light sweet flavor with mild barnyard funk, light grass, a bit of booze, wheat, tangerine and orange zest. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tap. Cloudy lemon-drop yellow with foamy white head. Thick webbing. Aroma leads with light wheat and peppercorns, followed with a gentle smack of bret. Order inverts (and opens) on warming. Taste is dry and the body light. Built to quench. Light funk, sour fruit and dry hops. Over ripe bananas. The Bret really takes center stage throughout. Minimal depth.
