Nice hoppy smell. Very fruity ale, with malt and hops combining into a fine punch. Apricots dominate the sweet end of the spectrum, while pine/grapefruit takes care of the dry end.
Don’t be surprised if you find their beers in bottles in the future! Ethereal (2421) - Los Angeles, California, USA - AUG 13, 2008
500ml bottle as O-HO-HO, from Nelson Wines. Clear golden yellow with a white head (though I left quite a lot in the bottle to avoid sentiment). Aroma is lightly hoppy, with a hint of grapefruit. Great flavour - nicely dry, but with blueberry and citrus hints and good malt balance. Solid finish and dangerously drinkable for a 5% beer. Why drink awful premium lager when you can have something like this. BeerViking (4712) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 18, 2010
Cask at the Magpie in Brentford. Pours a clear gold with a small white head and an aroma of dry hops and honey, faint fruity notes on the palate - pear maybe. Lovely balance of bitter vs fruity malt, crisp and clean finish with a lingering hoppiness. Sigmund (7390) - Tau, NORWAY - MAR 16, 2014
500 ml bottle conditioned, thanks to my beerpal Olav. Gyle: OHO005. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of Christmas spices, possibly including coriander, cinnamon and cloves, hints of citrus. Refreshing citrussy and distinctly spicy / peppery flavour. Aftertaste of pepper and bitter hops. Not your average Christmas ale, but quite enjoyable. DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - FEB 10, 2007

Bottle at the DC Gathering. Clear golden amber with off-white head. Aromas of floral, stone fruit, citrus, caramel. Tastes of floral, citrus, stone fruit. Medium body with a dry finish. leebotton (406) - Bristol, Somerset, ENGLAND - SEP 22, 2015
Nice ESB aroma of malt with a subtle but noticeable fruit character. Slight strawberry like smell coming out of the hops. Slightly sweet, fruity flavour with a solid malt backbone. Actually very moreish, but im thirsty! Clean generally with toffee notes to finish. Good carbonation to be drunk cold for this style. Nothing outstanding but well made and conceived. fonefan (48761) - VestJylland, DENMARK - APR 7, 2009

Old Fountain. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is smooth with modest fine carbonation. Semi dry malt, touch of cream. Light malt rawness as well, nothing serious. Whisper of banana ester. Mellow orangey hop, bare whsipernof spice. Smooth finish. Quite drinkable.
500ml bottle as O-HO-HO (Thanks Mungo) - Dark golden/amber in colour with a bit of a haze which lets it down on the appearance front. Lively carbonation with a fruity, hoppy and very slightly gassy aroma and a hint of grapefruit. Bitter, fruity taste with the blueberries being noticeable but in a subtle way. Nicely balanced and enjoyable.
