UPDATED: JUL 14, 2012 500ml bottle served from the fridge in a chalice. Greeny gold with a delicate white head. Lemony aroma, lemon-lime & pineapple flavour with a dry straw finish. Light carbonation. Very quaffable, ideal for a hot summer day, but could do with a good bit more hop bitterness in the finish to lift it a point or two. 14/07/2012, Another 500ml bottle, fridge cold after a vigorous day of housework in muggy temperatures. I decided I’d been a bit stingy before. Absolutely spot-on in this context, so I’ve lifted it a point or two, and revised my opinion about it needing more bitterness. Lovely, and I’m glad I’ve got another chilling in the fridge. BeerViking (5046) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 8, 2012
Gravity at the 2012 Battersea beer festival. Pale gold with a lasting coarse white head and a floral aroma. Floral and grapefruit hops in the mouth plus underlying bready and sweet malt and a citrus-bitter finish. luttonm (6760) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 25, 2012
Cask at The Saracens Head, Symonds Yat East. Gorgeous pale golden with thin nice foam. Champagne nose, crisp hoppy body, tart round tasty bittering, lemon citrus. Still cask, smooth, northern european hops. Really nice and stood out, not the normal golden ale I often saw. Bov (13221) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - DEC 13, 2011
from Mondial de la Bière 2011, Strasbourg - quite clear dark golden beer with no head retention; moderate perfumy and fruity nose (apricots and apples dominate), very low carbonation and thin-bodied; slightly dry fruity hoppy finish - subtle and light Gethinbeer (2452) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - AUG 22, 2011

Bottle from Bernie’s Real Ale Office License, Shirley. Pale, limey gold with a skim of head. Chiefly hop-driven aroma; pineapple, melon, red apple. Hint of pig pen. Slight and perfumed with lemon and lime jelly, pineapple, slight toasted bread notes, straw. The pig pen again. Bit of monkey nut in the aftertaste. Some decent hops fading into dung-speckled emptiness. Lacks condition. Leighton (22307) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2011
Cask at the Draft House. Clear, lovely gold pour with a foamy, white head. Nose holds a lot of orange and honey. Flavor not as great, bit of messy malts, mild citrus, some bread. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes with some dry, straw hops, light malty sugars. Not bad but not good. tommann (3945) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - FEB 25, 2011
500ml bottle. Pours a very pale gold with a thin head. Aroma is bread, straw and lemon. Taste is citrus notes to start and a citrus bready finish. Pleasant, if a bit boring.
