curious stuff, on the flawed side of being "interesting". aroma brings the following images to mind: pineapple lollies, rotten egg and lawnmowing. the colour bears an unfortunate and uncanny resemblance to piss - yellow as yellow can be. the sulfur disappears once it’s in your mouth which is good, leaving a very kolschlike mildly fruity and lightly malty drink, with a small amount of fresh earthy hops to finish. ive had a lot of good golden ales in this country over the last few weeks and this is not a contender. davet100 (16) - Virginia, USA - AUG 1, 2011
On cask at Odiham and Greywell Cricket Club. Pours golden with a hoppy aroma. A very impressive beer, with a complex character and brimming with somewhat tropical flavours. Fruity on the palate with hints of orange and other citrus flavours but leading to a dry finish with a fairly moderate bitterness. Big fan! sm89walt (2092) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUL 24, 2011
