Light blonde with noticeable galangal and subtle lime on the nose. The lime on the palate helped to cool the spicy chilli of the noodles and a spicy malt finish with a hint of the bubblegum/hay/tangerine flavours from the sorachi ace hops. cgarvieuk (25728) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 18, 2011

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Cloudy wheat beer appearance, with nice pale froth. Smooth and chalky in the mouth with an interesting array of flavours: lemongrass, some coconut, herbs. Really unusual, but it works for me. Really good. robnights (26) - Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 24, 2013
Lovely tasting beer with a good head. Had it yesterday so can't remember too much though!

Light and crisp. Light soapy foam. Almost no aroma with the exception of a slight bit of pine. Taste is of orange, veggies, citrus, and soap. Really a unique flavor. Not bad despite the soapiness. Some floral effervescence. Tried at the Sheep’s Heid Inn outside Edinburgh in 2012.

16th July 2010. On tap at the Rake (thanks to Mario for the info). Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light palate, semi dry. Lovely fresh herbally lemon from the lemon grass is immediately striking. The galangal is there but subtle. As the beer draws to a slightly bitter hop (and semi dry) finish some lime blends in seamlessly. Aromatic tasty and refreshing beer. If it is done again I hope they up the galangal a little.

Cask at the Market Porter, 18th November 2011. Nice refreshing ale, interesting lemon grass flavour. Liked it as a one pint, good clean beer Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 17, 2012
On cask at The Haymarket. Pours a blonde colour with a fair white head. A spicy aroma of ginger, lemon grass and a little birds eye chilli. Similar flavours with a fair ginger bite. Mild carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. OK with some lingering chilli heat. AshtonMcCobb (6869) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 21, 2012
On tap @ the Haymarket Bar. Pours golden with fairly proportionate head. The nose has sweet egg and lemon grass. The taste has coconut and nutmeg. The palate is medium bodied and structured with a fresh finish. While not world beating this beer definitely is of an individual personality. BeerCast_Rich (1906) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 23, 2012
[cask at the Haymarket Bar, Edinburgh] Clear greenish gold pour, which may have been the power of suggestion given the ’Thai green curry’ – but it did have a greenish hue. Aroma of lemongrass, thyme and other herbal sweetness. The flavour is pretty much vegetal – more lemongrass, leading to a pretty big grassy ginger bitterness. Certainly tastes a bit like a green curry. Odd – one of those beers you spend so much time trying to work out an opinion of, you end up drinking the whole thing before reaching a conclusion
